Balsam Hill hereby informs that the steps to be followed in order to purchase products offered on the Website are those described in these terms and conditions, as well as any other specific steps indicated on screen during navigation, and the user acknowledges and accepts such steps as necessary to access the products and/or services offered on the Website. The products and/or services offered on the Website, together with their characteristics and price, will be displayed on screen. In addition to the price and prior to confirming the order, the total shipping costs, which shall always be borne by the purchasing user unless provided otherwise, will be displayed on screen. Typographical Errors
